Started loading on creatine today. It feels really weird putting the powder in my mouth then washing it down. Anyway:

Squat:
5 x 5...45, 135, 245, 245, 245 lbs.
>I did the very last set wearing only socks, and it felt much better. Even better than when I'm wearing the Chucks.

Bench Press:
4 x 5...45, 135, 135, 140 lbs.

Power Cleans:
1 x 5...115 lbs.

Incline Press:
2 x 10...45, 95 lbs.

Chin-Ups:
2 x 5...BW, BW
