Squat - 45, 135, 245, 245, 245 lbs.
Bench Press - 135, 135, 135 lbs.
Power Cleans - 110, 110, 110 lbs.
Concentration Curls (per arm) - 35 lbs.
I tried cleaning 115 pounds, and I just could not get it up there, but I was able to do 110 easily.
