Military Press - 110, 110, 110 lbs.
Deadlift - 135, 165 lbs.
Rows - 110, 110, 110 lbs.
Seated Leg Curl - 190, 190, 190 lbs.

+Able to explode into every rep on deadlifts
-Might need to lower the weight on military press. My form was quite sloppy today.
