Squat - 45, 135, 155, 180, 205, 215, 225 lbs.
Bench Press - 45, 65, 120, 120, 125 lbs.
Power Cleans - 105, 110 lbs.
Incline Press - 45, 65, 75, 95 lbs.
Seated Leg Curl - 155, 160, 160 lbs.
Today I managed to go all the way on squats with 225 pounds for one set, and I surprised myself when I managed to bench press my last set without a spotter at all. Also, chocolate flavored Professional Strength Whey tastes much better than vanilla flavored.
