Breakfast: Three hard boiled egg whites, two slices of wheat toast with peanut butter, an orange, and a bottle of green tea.
Squat: 225 lbs.
Military Press: 95, 100 lbs.
Deadlift: 135, 155 lbs.
Rows: 95, 105 lbs.
I'm feeling pretty strong today, but I feel as if I've stalled on my squats.
1:57 PM: I just got back from taking Buttercup on her first walk. She walked an entire mile, and is now passed out on the floor next to me. I should take her to do my sprints with me.
