Squat:
6 x 5 ... 45, 135, 205, 245, 245, 245 lbs.
>My form was again, superb. I felt really strong on these today.
Military Press:
4 x 5 ... 45, 105, 105, 105 lbs.
>Form started getting sloppy, but I might be able to increase by five pounds next time.
Deadlift:
2 x 5 ... 135, 185 lbs.
>The last set might have been done too slowly.
No more breaks.
