1 x 10 ... 45 lbs.
5 x 5 ... 135, 205, 225, 225, 225 lbs.
>My form was quite superb on these.
Bench Press:
1 x 10 ... 45 lbs.
1 x 3 ... 140 lbs.
2 x 5 ... 140 lbs.
>I was feeling a little weak today.
Went home early today. I was still pretty sore from Monday's lift, and I hurt my ankle sparring yesterday.
