I had a cup of green tea before my workout. It gave me a huge boost of energy! This will be my new ritual.

Bench Press:
3x5...155 lbs
Deadlift:
1x5...260 lbs
Dips:
3x5...Body weight
I skipped cardio yesterday, which I wholly regret. If I want to cut weight, I can't slack off.
