It's midnight. I went for a run this morning (Saturday morning). 1.65 miles in 16 minutes, including my warm up and cool down jog. Much slower than normal, but I haven't really pushed myself in a couple weeks, so now I'm gonna shift gears.

Short martial art workout Friday night. "Martial art" conditioning is so much different from "running" conditioning. You can be the best runner in the world, but if you haven't done bag-work at all (or even in a long while), you will get wiped out fast. I shouldn't just lift weights and run. I need to keep the "tools" sharp.
